| SWAMTA Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds for conference registration or CMTE courses must be submitted in writing to the Vice President or Continuing Education Director no later than March 15 in the year of the conference. If the request is received at that time, SWAMTA will issue a check with the full refund amount, less a $25.00 processing fee, within 30 days of the request. SWAMTA is unable to issue refunds after March 15. |

We will be using this information when we talk to legislators at regional conference. We sent 251 surveys, and have received 75 responses.
