| SWAMTA Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds for conference registration or CMTE courses must be submitted in writing to the Vice President or Continuing Education Director no later than March 15 in the year of the conference. If the request is received at that time, SWAMTA will issue a check with the full refund amount, less a $25.00 processing fee, within 30 days of the request. SWAMTA is unable to issue refunds after March 15. |

| Submissions to the Research Poster Session AMTA's Research Committee will sponsor a Research Poster Session on Saturday, November 22, 2008. This session will provide participants with an opportunity to display their research in exhibition format. Those interested in having their research considered for display during this session should 1) Submit four copies of a 600-800 word abstract; or 2) submit four copies of the full report.
